Return of Reckoning

Hello.
I just started RoR after playing for years original game. Oh it feels good to be again in Old world.
But it feels very bad to lvl up.
This is my 4th day playing and there was like 0 action in rvr lakes. In t1 order was caping everything, and since two days ago i haven't seen a single destro.
So i went to do some quests... I got to lvl 16, but it took me sooooo long. I realy want to get to T4 and start doing proper rvr, but i cba to log in again and lvl... This was problem in AoR too, and the reason i never did alts.
Maybe you could introduce some quest chain that would speed this up for those of us who just want to get done with it, and get to T4?
I'll probably get one character to T4 in a couple of months, but there are so much nice classes that i would like to play.
Just a tought.

With the nerf to power leveling I dont think this will ever happen. Only thing they will do is make the rvr in t1 more enjoyable like they did with mid tier.
My advice to you if you ever want to lvl a toon is to make use of the rest xp. Grind pqs with rested xp and when you are out of rest xp log out in the capital and wait until you got more rest xp. Do that all the way to 16 and you can join the rvr.

There are in fact epic quests in t2 that could help you out a bit. There are also t3 and t4 epic quests that grant a lot of xp. Since you're lvl 16, you are now playing in the merged tiers 2,3 and 4. This means there are a lot more players on both sides, and a lot more action pretty much all the time. And this can also help you to lvl if you join warbands and play some large scale rvr. It won't be fast though. As Akilinus said, rested xp really helps a lot. Ask people who are farming mobs/champs if they can take you with them so you can leech xp. Or simply farm mobs yourself.

With current rvr system u don't need to wait t4 for start. Debolstering makes t2 toons strong enough to get over some t4 toon. Just try it.

You can get to 40 in 2/3 days max if you put some work into it, and get some people to help you (pay them gold, or use your guildies). One of our guildies got his WE levelled up to 40 in like 3 days max (think it was just mob farming).

100% no reason to not make everyone over level 16, level 40. Then we avoid the balance issues of how to scale stats on lowbies.

If this system stays that is.
