Warhammer Online game client missing.

After about a day or two of not playing, I opened up the folder which contained the client & launcher for RoR and almost everything was missing. 
The image above is the folder in which I previously had my client & launcher in, and this is how it was when I opened it after 2 days of not playing. My recycle bin has no files pertaining to Warhammer or RoR and it didn't seem like any new space was made on my hard drive which had the game installed on it. As of now, I reinstalled the game and it works perfectly fine, however I don't know if this was a error with an anti-virus software I have(I've had it white-listed on the anti-virus software beforehand) or something else? I'm assuming it's probably on my end because I don't see how me never opening the game could cause the deletion of files.
