So Phosphorous Shells now debuffs armour by 10% for the duration on target and every enemy within 20 feet of them?

Yes - Torque

Addiitonal - minor issue with it atm, its disabled, will rework

Then let's test. And adjust if needed. Nothing is permanent.

Does waaagh still deal corp damage?

The 10s cd seems a bit steep but we will see. It will definitely be a lot harder to kite now, as much as it is already for destro (or well, for me at least :P).

Well magus got a nice AoE snare to help make up for it at least, and with BOs other buffs I imagine green WBs will be in a better place than before, and can probably still keep it up plenty with multiple BOs.

BO cd is now in line with IB both have a 360 degree aoe snare, kobs and bg have a cone one and kobs is fine anyway
