My Son kinda introduced me when he introduced himself in this thead. But I thought i would do the same myself as i need some help from players. I am not a big a rolplayer as my son or his husband. I'm worse i'm a dabbler  All my toons are prefixed with Shalk, i've been Shalktonin since the days of DAOC and probably will be for ever.

This however is where I am looking for some help i have an KOTBS that i'm going to be making one of my mains (other will be my RP) his name is Shalklaus. I have traditionally used the Surname of DarkBlood in all my games i roleplay but my problem is that i would like to have a more german sounding lastname to fit the lore. I checked google translate for the words Dark and Blood separately and it gave me Dunkles Blut i'm just not sure if Dunklesblut would be a good translation or if there might be a better way to phrase that last name.

Out of Character I've been a tank or a healer throughout most of my MMO play times with a bit of a side in scouting (yes i played a melee ranger in daoc). Look forward to seeing you folks in game.

You could use Dunkelblut, Schwarzblut, Finsterblut etc sounds more like a proper surname and you would still catch what Darkblood stands for in english. ;) Sounds more like a twisted, evil empire character tho if it is what you're intending. :) hope this helps.

Ah and before I forget....

WELCOME TO THA BIGGEST WAAAAAGH!!!

Yes, Hisics name suggestions are good for darkblood.

And it sounds very Empire like. ;)

Dunkelblut would be more fitting if you translate it to use it as a name.

Welcome.
