Character Creation Screen

Hi everyone, don't yell and scream if this has been posted. I didn't see it on the FORUM and I suck at computer stuff but I love this frikkin game. Help please here is what I receive as an error message. I can log in but my "Character Creation" is blank and this is as far as I can go. Thanks
