Do you know any good and active online simulations of warhammer fantasy?

You mean soft that helps witharmy list? Theres one called Army Builder, i use it and its very nice.
Also, which army do you have?

I mean an online warhammer game with the same rules as tabletop, just virtual units and dices

The Total War Warhammer mod is the closest thing.

A slow paced tactical turn based list building game won't make a popular online game. people want more cow clickers.

I've been wanting a turn based WHFB game for ages now
Kinda like they did with Blood Bowl.

It would be great.
Very niche though the sort of thing an independant or lone developer would produce. GW license would cost too much. It'll either be big budget mainstream titles or cash gouging phone apps.

Sadly I don't think we will see any more warhammer fantasy games as GW is killing that part of the universe right now :/

I can promise you, that it's a huge amount of time you'd need to use - especially since just taking GW's system 1 by 1 or just closely resembling it will likely get you sued.
