Return of Reckoning

I'd like to ask if some experienced RP can enlighten me about this topic:

Is Rune of Fortune somehow affected by Efficient Runecarving tactic? RoF deals x damage and heals for x while the tactic states that direct damage heals for x/2. Sadly I am not higher rank enough to try this myself that's why I ask.

As far as i have seen no rune of fortune is not effected or at least i have never seen a 50% bonus while running the tactic and the ability. Although i rarely if ever run the rune of breaking in RvR so that could be it too.

When your Efficient Runecarving tactic slottet, you get 1,5 x of your damage dealt to heal. (active Rune of Breaking)
And the other direct damage abilities like Rune of fire or Striking, you get 0,5 x damage to heal.
