Return of Reckoning

Hello i wanna play game but i have big problem with launcher.
When i start launcher and i write login and password and click connect have error :

AN ERROR OCCURED...

Actually the game starts but I can not create the character. On the right side there is only a black box. And down only letters :

CINEMATIC CREDITS SETTING QUIT <<< I DONT SEE 'CHARACTER CREATE' PLEASE HELP ME PEOPLE

My system win 7 home premium 32bit.

Have you tried turn it off and back on?

Just kidding.

What have you don yourself so far to help fix the problem?

You can try to download the launcher again and see if it helps.
Also check your files and launcher are the right place.

Finger in the air guess

Files are write protect
Launcher not in directory with the rest of the game files
