Return of Reckoning

Hello everyone,

I dont know about everyone else, but from time to time im leading pug WBs and in the past i led ally WBs too, and for me, as somebody that is communicative and actually trys to do his best as a WB lead, its sometimes really hard work. People are complaining, you need to find the best way in a few seconds, when to siege, when to retreat, when to tell ppl to respawn, getting Groups together after Wipe, all of this needs Energy and Work.
I personally believe that anyone that is truly leading a WB deserves to get some Reputation for that too, just because its a Grind in itself.

I know my english is not the best, sorry for that.
I still hope i got my point a cross,

no, making a change and getting more kills because you have a wb is enough reward. Also if you do the job good then you will perhaps swing the battle so your team gets a lock which means more loot and reward for the entire team.

I do appreciate all warband leaders though but there should be no reward because as I said there is already plenty of rewards.
