Return of Reckoning

Hi, I'm just about to create a character. I haven't played in a while, my previous main characters have been healers which I have enjoyed.

I am choosing to play Order as the balance of power seems to be shifted to destruction ATM

My question for order players.....when playing scenarios and PVP/RVR what type of characters do you always seem to lack? What character would be the most valuable if I was to level one up? Do you always think, darn we need more healers,DPS, tanks etc...

Play the char you want to play not the one others want you to play.

That being said, play a Dwarf

We need good tanks who know how to guard swap, use challenge, punt properly, have aura/buffhead working so know how to track enemy tank immunities.

Order - as always - need healers.
A typical lvl 40 scenario looks like with 2-3 order healers (at most) and 5-6 destro healers (on average).

Don't play for other players, play for your own enjoyment.
Pick a class that makes you actually motivated to play because you like it, not just because you know someone wants that class present to improve their gameplay.
Good players are always appreciated regardless of the class they play. (unless you know you are aiming for some specific game format, smallscale or largescale, then picking a suitable class matters more)

Are we playing the same server? I feel like Order population is 90% Rdps-Healers and 10% Tanks-Mdps.

Destro is much more balanced, but it's NOWHERE near 5-6 average healers in Scs.

As people said. Play what you like.

If you are like most of the people here, you'll end up having multiple classes anyway at some point in the future.

If you dig the high-elf look, I feel they have good beginning classes. AM can be both healer and Rdps. And Sword Master can be a good tank and a okish Mdps. So rolling 2 classes, you end up with somewhat 4. And both are frankly easy to play.

Order desperately needs tanks. You can play even DPS tank, as long as you punt people away, use guard and help MDPS/RDPS to kill their targets. People will be grateful to you.

Order lack of Healers. Especially in SC or some Lair boss
