AM T4 Epic Quest - Broken

Started the quest off, following the wiki guide

I am at step 4, I click the orb and then run to 62,49 dragonwake as instructed but no sign of the NPC or an eagle zephr per step5.
Is there a typo in the wiki or am i reading it wrong ?
all help gratefully appreciated!

Can't check rn but npc is a dark elf (riding a coldblood iirc) behind a rock on the left of the road (at the entrance of the valley going to the pq).

Let me know if you got this figured out. If the wiki is confusing, it can be updated.

It's beside the road behind some rocks riding a cold one npc. There is no quest icon on it, you just need to click that np. The eagle is on the hill with other High Elf npc's.

The quest is not bugged,i did it yesterday. Like the others said,the npc has no quest sign over his head. There will be a few others in this quest line where it is the same (the msked shadow for example or zephyr the eagle)

could you give the zone and loc of the NPC. I went to where the wiki stated it but it was nowhehere to be found.
