Return of Reckoning

Hey guys,
recently I started playing DPS AM, got to say I like it. I am about to hit 40 early because of that event and I wanted to ask u for some goodbuild... tactic, renown points, armor setup.. and maybe what staff to get when I am 40. All advices are welcomed

Tactics:DO, DF, crit, 4th tactic is whatever, mostly depending on your setup (solo, not solo, etc)
Renown: i usually run fs3, quick escape, its a good base rr40 spec
Build: depends on whether you are running in a group or no

And for the love of god, dont be one on whose pug dps am that instamelts and does not drop a single heal on friendlies and only on him self.
