I pm Torquemadra for that 1st december and the response is you can disrupt the application of BB/WoP not the backloaded damage.

Woulda been cool if that was in the patch notes

Then its not a bug.

Many change don't appear in the patch notes >> sever blessing undefendable removed, BaL same that BB/WoP, icd on kiss and more...

Is there any patch notes confirming this or providing any explanation?

Would kinda explain how BWs "seem" (not recording all the time so I lack hard evidence now) to be able to hit even with BB through my WE anti-Disrupt 100% Elixir.
Is it related to the WOP/BB tactic at all or the base DoT itself is now somehow undefendable once it lands?
