Chosen Helmet look/transmog

I recently saw a chosen with the apperance from a helm called "Warboss" something, warboss skully or something like that.
Does anyone know where i can get it?

t3 epic quest, Will of the warboss. Enter Black fire pass from Barak Varr and one of the orcs gives the beginning of the quest.
