New to RoR, not played since AoR!

Hey, just found this server and am installing now! just curious as to what the faction balance looks like
Welcome there, mate.
Realm performance is heavily dependent on timezones, aside from that its based on the session days of the various ORvR guilds.
I'd say it is pretty balanced in EU primetime, all things considered.
