Iron Jaw Appearance

I've seen a couple of Black Orc players wearing a head piece(Brutal EadPlate) that covers only the lower jaw but for some reason on my character it looks like an average T2 helmet.
It's a bug or I'm missing something?

I know,I got the exact same helmet but for some reason it covers both the top of my head and the lower jaw.

It's in ch5 dark elf iirc. 'A lords game' is the quest.

The game wiki link that you see on top is very useful. Here you can see all the Epic Quests. Each includes a link that you can paste in-game to see the exact reward for your class:
