try without virus/firewall? That is the screen right before the connection is made.. It looks like Warhammer can't send/receive the connection properly.
I noticed that one free service provider didn't allow this patcher/game to run, probably because it didn't allow MMO's to run.

I've had the same problem. Check out this list of things that have worked for a lot of people; http://www.returnofreckoning.com/forum/ ... f=4&t=2904 Also follow the thread from there for further ideas on what to do with it, as well as posting your solution if you manage to find one.
