Return of Reckoning

Hello.

yesterday i was short online after the reboot and all was fine. Today i would play i did start my laucher and i did see "update" all fine i did it and it was quick. i started the game i come inside and what do i see nothing only the realm choice window and down left only the button Server.
i cant play my engi, IB etc because they are gone... i didnt delete them or deleted anything in my folders and i didnt do any mistakes ingame...
please help i dont want do a restart... i havnt not gigh charackters my highest is lvl 14 but its "****" to do an restart etc and i cant use the names again because " allready in USE"

whats the name of one of your characters?

Grimlur, Rogizak, Psychoblade and Glonlin thats my chars all dwarfs

In meanwhle do not create new chars with those name give time to let your problem fix, same for future if you have anyother database issue, dont move stuff in place of missing one in bags... just wait a fix or a server restart so that the server can reload your account database.

I have only created new chars not nore bo sane name etc thx for the information

I'm having the same issue. ALL my chars are gone. Please help!!

Those characters seem to belong to a different account.
