Is the issue your characters are not present when you log in? Because if so that is a problem many experienced following the patch update. In this case your characters are still there, you just need to ensure you are using the correct log in information.
If you are unable to connect at all then there may be some other issue which I as just a player trying to help can't address.

I have this exact same issue! Game CTD and got a pop up saying "Your account is suspended, please check your email." But i have recieved no email so im sitting here scracthing my head.

It's a generic message when everyone is kicked off the server. Server is back up, try logging in again.
