ACTIVE guild

Trying to find an ACTIVE guild to play with, this doesnt mean a guild that just invites random players for no reason, or puts random groups together. I want a guild that does rvr smallman/6man groups daily (I play most of the day thurs/friday and afternoon/evenings NA timezones)
The levels might be low but the skill is what makes a player good, and i know i'm good.
Main characters to play:
Daemonblade, Dok: lvl 30, rr 34(DPS DOK)
Shadowflame, Chosen: lvl 33, rr 33(2h bruiser)
Kazaxe, Marauder: Lvl 21 / rr 20(working on getting this toon higher level)
Odk, Blackguard: Lvl 35/rr 34
I will be working and playing these 4 toons on the regular, and prefer to do ORVR in smallmans and 6mans / SC's
