deleted alt now cant reuse name

hey ive deleted my alt yesterday knowing for some reason yous keep the names till today Friday however ive just got home and still cant use my name some info or help would be appreciated thanks

Well... I deleted one of my characters for a reroll last week, after March 13th reset. Last night we had a patch and server reset, March 17th, and the name is still not available. It still says it's a duplicate name. Any info on why it's behaving this way?

What’s the name in question? I have done this in the past, and had no issue remaking action with the name. This was ages ago though.
