Some Issue

Hello. Haven't played like 1 mounght. Tryed to log in yesterday. Downloaded new launcher. Okey all woks fine update,download, log in all works. After that when im ingame, now i have like 5fps every time, everywhere, no difference in graphic change. Try to delete Chase, off all addons nothing woks. No errors all woks fine but its not possible to play like with 5fps.And this is only in this game...all other games woks perfect. And ye i have 12gb ram and i7. Before 1 mounght ago when i played last time all works fine. HAve no idea what to do.
