Messed up Quests maybe?

I am workin the Blighted Isle(elf)
I cannot find the Starfire Seedling or the Bloodthrasher Harpys
am I just missing them, has there names been changed breking the quests, or is it something else.
This was quite annoying. A suggestion(with an apology, if there is): is that there be a list of these type of issues.
