Return of Reckoning

Hey, looking for advices here.

Situation is the following: as I adventure with my IB, lately I meet more and more marauders who are virtually unkillable in solo. I'm not playing destro so I'm looking for advices and tips about how to beat them.

They parry everything (seemingly even when hitting from the back, despite having good connection) for example yesterday I got parried 14 times in a row (my character in full BL/Dominator set currently). They have ungodly regen, they get back hp to full in a few seconds every time, the fights are usually 0-100. At the same time, they are critting like mad and doing constant, steady 2-300 hits with Wrecking ball and the autoattacks.

Yesterday in a scenario, 4 of us been beating on one of these marauders and we couldn't kill him, after like 1 minutes he just simply ran away (at still full hp).

So, how to beat them?

That sounds almost impossible. Do you have any screens or videos? Not that I doubt your word, but perhaps, it could be cleard up easier if we had a video.

Must have something to do with this mutations... third arm maybe?

You are probably spec bad if you cannot beat def mara on IB. There are some I cannot beat, like Knocknock, but I don't lose either. We both regen too much.

First, when you can run 5 pieces conq, you gain 3k regen per minute at the cost of about 5% damage which is not much. Make sure to spec for GnM for another 3-5k per minute.

Second, make sure you have Punishing knock tactic equipped. It debuff mara self heal by 50%.

Third, make sure you have 4400 armor unbuffed, no potion. Sp roughly 5200-5400 with buff or pot. This will require some armor talismans.

Fourth, keep Stubborn as Stone up 100% of time. It procs of Touch of Rot, giving you xtra 50% AA. For the same reason, use Runic Shield so touch of rot do 0 damage to you. It will absorb all of it easy.

Fifth, make sure you have 40%+ parry too. Use Watch'n Learn on CD. It had 5% to your parry with the 117 WS.

Sixth, make sure they are Kneecappered 100% uptime so they do not crit you.

Time your M1 destroy armor + Stone breaker then KD. Make sure to get around to their back to score Punishing Blow and Earthshatter for max damage.

Taunt Wrecking ball when possible.

Kite. Apply Stone breaker, then Binding grudge, then heavy Blow... move slightly out of range... repeat between M1+ KD combo. The dot will get em.

When you understand how the regen works winning is easy.

It procs on hit, I've found the best counter is to just slot a plank and out last them.

Roll a WL?

You don't beat em. You just ignore em.

Solid info from Volgograd. Also from Roadkill sometimes it's not worth the bother lol.

Easy, just complain 2 more times and in 2 days they nerf the class. Its a Chaos class, they should be fast in doing that.
