Return of Reckoning

hello, recently i logged in and i seen one of my toons MY DOK was wearing the starter gear from when you create a new character. my DOK is 40/41, i had full annilator gear on equipped officer emblem sc mainhand heal weapon, and heal chalice i cannot rememebr the jewerly i was wearing, but i do not understand how this happened, i just played that toon like 2 days ago, is there any way possible you can track my gear please.
