Bonjour, un de mes copain veux se lance dans le jeux. Il la cree un compte, mais il ne reçoit son mail de confirmation. Que doit il faire? Merci de votre aide pour lui.

Can't read French, and I can't be arsed to translate it to know what you ACTUALLY said.

However, the title is enough for me to understand the problem.

He/she is most likely using a Microsoft related email address. These email address' will usually block the activation email, so he/she won't receive it. Using a different email address will resolve this.

what type of mail can t use it because we sum belgium

For the moment, the only sure blocked emails for activation are Microsoft related ones (IE hotmail, msn, outlook...).

Pour le moment, seules les adresse mails relatives à Microsoft (IE hotmail, msn, outlook...) ont été identifiées clairement comme bloquant à coup sûr les emails d'activation.
