Return of Reckoning

I am able to login from the launcher but it stops at this next screen. I tried mousing around to click out of it but no luck. None of the buttons allow interaction but I can hear audible sound from mouseover. Sometimes it gets the background and sometimes it just black background. I've tried to reload several times but this is what i get...



Please help! I'm excited to play
