From the wiki:

Crippling Strikes tactic's damage reduction decreased from 25% to 10%
Removed the -10% damage debuff effect from the tactic Crippling Strikes and replaced it with Wasteland Ruse, a curse which (on critical hit) increases the recipients chance to be critically hit by 10%

is the first line incorrect and replaced with the second or do both apply?

BTW the wiki also misses the 10sec icd on Destined for victory. It's marked here, but not on the class page. Can you add this?

Dok (wp?) tactic Potent covs only affect self
