Return of Reckoning

I know there are alot of threads, but I´ve got the very same issue the last three days in a row:

Could not connect to Login server

what is wrong?

Could not find file 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\data.myp'.

Why is it looking in your sys32 folder?

Did you install WAR in your sys32 folder? Is the launcher in that folder?
