So, Destruction has no wounds jewelry whatsoever?

There are wounds Jewellery, however, the ones at the renown quartermaster are not available (on both des and order).

Why not? They are T1 items, lvl9 or 10.

It only sounded to be as if there was another reason beside not being in the item list of that vendor.
