Return of Reckoning

hello i wanted to know if at lvl 11 of a guild there was 60 free slots.
I bought 100 gold the second vault before the lvl 11 of the guild

the guild passed lvl 11 but there was not the unlock of the other slot.

I made a mistake and I will not have to buy the slot before lvl 11 ? or we need to buy all the slot and there is no reward for the vault 2 and 3 at lvl 11 and 23 of the guild ?

I also bought first and second tab of guild vault before guild hit appropriate lvl and i only have 1 row of slots in each tab.

Only the first rows of the vault is unlocked via guild-rank. You still have to buy the other lines. One by one.

Apologies for diging out old question but I have the same problem now. I have only 10 vault slots in Vault 1. Other slots are locked but I cannot unlock them I can unlock Vault 2 for 100g but what I really want is 60 slots in Vault 1.
How can I unlock them?
