Return of Reckoning

i try to get in the game for the first time after february 12 patch ( last one) and my client is stuck on initialtzing , i cant click on play , in the upper left corner it says 0% mythic patcher , what do i do ? plz help .

i allready downloaded this , i wa splaying the game right untill last update february 12 update i think , or do we have to download patch everytime there is a patch ?
