Return of Reckoning

I bought some items from the AH, sent them to my other character... when I logged on to my other character I opened the letter and clicked "take items" and didn't realize my backpack was full. I didn't get any command to remove overflow, it acted as if I had taken the items successfully, but the items are no longer in the mail or in my backpack, what should I do?

It's a bug, so you should raise it on the bug tracker (link at the top of page).

FYI, You won't get the item back though.
