No bags/RR from TC flip

Spent multiple hours probably 3/4+ yesterday, 10/5/2018 on Order side fighting in TC. Got multiple kills, BO hopped with WB, then logged. Came back hour or two later, few more kills, helped kill lord and flip zone. No logging any other toons inbetween.
After lord died, no bags, no RR for anyone, server must have been lagging pretty bad. Logged off again and came back next day, no bag, not even a cowpie, and assuming no RR either. Asked in T4 chat multiple people said they had received rewards for the same zone flip in the meantime, but I didn't get a thing.
Bug? Laggy server?
