Domination rank 14 now ? WTF ??

Hello !
Mu stuff Domination I can no longer equip as it happened in rank 14 in order to equip whereas yesterday I could equip at rank 12 !!
Bug or not ?

No bug.
There are 2 sets in the Database and first we implemented both / the false and the right one. Now we removed the false one with wrong level.
