There is no dark elf and Hugh elf capitals, not even asset.

Mythics planned to add karaz a karak gates scenario and karak eight peaks gated scenario for orc and dwarfs capitals. But it has been canceled with the capitals. There is nothing we can rebuild for now.

I read a blog post about how there are enough random HE building models that a level builder with a lot of free time could improvise some sort of city but not enough DE models to do this. If there ever was a DE city it would have to be a rekt HE city with druchii occupiers.

Would think enough cutting up DE keeps and a black arc would give enough for a basis to start the DE Capitol. I only say this because I woukd love to see Lothern!

There is no city asset for DE/HE capitals , only the random world assets

I imagine the DE capital was to be the Black Ark, Malekith's Fist. It was strongly implied in the HE T4 storyline.

That was what was planned. They never got around to building the assets.

Hence my suggestion that if the devs ever had the time and tools to build a DE city it would probably have to be a dark elf garrison in a desecrated HE city with the Black Ark looming in the background.
