Return of Reckoning

Hello i am wondering since i just started the server a couple days ago and i see that most people lvl12s that is is running around with the dominion gear already after the change that made it to lvl 14 but i noticed that if you have the dominion gear on you already will you as the devolopers try to even it out?

Or will they have an advantage over new comers in type of weapons compare black orc weapon dominion lvl 9 42 str 28.6 pre change dps aginst gale lvl 9 34 str 19.5 dps ?

Obviuosly i am not just asking about black orc wondering the total overall if it will be hotfixed or so?

This is a known issue and it will get fixed

There was Dominion gear fix already. What i want to know it will stay as it is now ( both 10 lv/8rr and 14lvl), or it will be fixed further?
