When is this going to be addressed?

I only play Order so I cannot say it doesn't happen on that side, but I constantly see Chaos that is being chased or attacked turning Orange and being unable to be attacked. This happens dozens of times every day during NA time from 9am EST to 9pm PST. Attached are screenshots showing a prime example of typical behavior I see EVERY day from Destro. Notice both are the SAME character, moments apart.
This really needs to be addressed as it is becoming more and more prevalent.
