Someone wrote in chat that he had now again access to the sewers.
Maybe the patch just forget the brickwork to keep it closed.

yes its a cool idea to open it, I played live for such a short time that I never came to visit that place, also the sacellum.

It's being worked on, portal shouldn't be open, please stay out to avoid getting stuck as mobs drop nothing, respawns dont work properly and the portal out doesn't work.
