I can have the window open for rr training and class training while in an sc, should look into this thank you:)

it is disabled, and shouldn't work anyway you have to go to see the NPC to train.

I don't see any bug here, AT has been officially disabled for training, you can only read abilites and mastery. And asking for a Griffon, as stated multiple times, will assure you to definitely get none.
