Black Orc => Big Swing CD

Hi,
On the "Big Swing" spell, it says "no cooldown" but once the spell is cast, I have 10 sec of cooldown?
Is this a tooltip display bug? Or is this a bug of the spell?

The tactic for Big Swing snare puts a 10s cd on the skill.
Wish just the tactic had the CD, and not the skill

Ok, thanks for the quick answer, but it is not written on the tooltip of the tactics either that puts a cooldown :/

Tooltips are not yet update with last years changes, client controll is a recent thing. Probable in future they will.
