I suggest remove renown to level restriction above lvl 15. Since all tiers are merged in to 1 for RvR and scenario tiers are also merged T2+T3 and T4, there is no point to lock renown points availability according to expirience level. Since fact, that xp leveling is horrid these days in RvR and SC, most of lowbies(including my alts) has higher renown level than xp level about 10. It will trully help lowbies to catch up with tier they are thrown to(lvl 16 to lvl 30s scenarios) or lvl 16 in to lvl 40 rvr.

Isnt the restriction 2x your lvl already? When lvling alts i am normally rr 25-28 depending how active t1 was at the time.

I would rather see 3x your lvl after lvl 16 to prevent lvl 15s sitting on the least exp tick of the bos.

i think he/she meant different thing , how much renown points you can spend at npc

you can spend how you lvl is as eg if you are lvl 15 and you have rr 20, then you can spend 15 points at the npc

This thread is about being able to spend more renown points than the number equal to your rank.

At least in t1 a cap is mandatory. 15 rr points like now are no big deal. Having 25 or even 30 for some extensive afk BO farmers gives a huge advantage against fresh players.

Exactly thats why I suggest remove this restriction when You hit lvl 16. This restriction had it sence when tiers was separated, but when higher tiers are merged this restriction should be gone. It makes lowbies in higher tiers even squishier than they should be.

Except you already get an insane amount of stats and benefits for being bolstered up to level 48.

When you get to T+, you are dying because gear is not kept up to date (bolster is based on gear towards level), and the fact that you have less tactic slots, no skill points, and not even half your toolkit.

T2 Scenarios aren't super active, but it could theoretically lead to problems in that bracket. Someone could hit an exp pot right at 16 and get a huge renown level and smash in that tier.

Probably wouldnt be that common, but it's something to consider.
