[SW] Reknown build for a Skirmish/Scout SW?

I am a struggling Shadow Warrior RR 68 who would be in dire need of help from more skilled players of the Asur. I have no idea on how to spend my Reknown points. I am a Skirmish/Scout speced SW with Cong gear and Genesis Jewelry. '
