Return of Reckoning

I just installed everything today, have never played before. When I logged in it made me accept or decline something about the Martyrs Square server. I pressed accept, but now it seems this is my only server option and it is located in EU. I am in USA and would prefer a server closer to home, or is this all just one server anyways?
