You're the one making the claim; you should be the one proving it.

Ask someone on Destro if they can help you check it out.

This can easily be test with a chosen/bg full parry + discord.

Last time i checked it works like this: if WL pull gets parried it goes on CD and you cant use it again until it comes off cooldown. ...However if WL has morale 4 rampage up cd's reset immediately and pull can be spammed.

Pet also have its own skills and auto attacks, have you not considered that those were parried?

Did you bother to check your combat log to see if the pull was actually parried multiple times in a row? Either way, M4 means spam pull is possible but that's not how it normally works.
