i noticed debolster seems to be disabled, any timescale for its return?

also, when it comes back, will i be able to back to T1 RvR areas?

I hope there's no timescale for its return as I broke some of the code related to it in a refactor I did.

so, when it is brought back, would i be able to take my lvl 33 char into a t1 RvR area to get the influence from it?

I don't think it will be brought back.

so my only hope of filling in the t1 inflence of my book is to start a new char then?...speaking of the book, is that going to be unified or made account wide at some point?

I don't know. PvE and the ToK aren't my department.
