Game crashes only for the same player

Hi, all my player don’t have this problem, but only for Diamantenero j cant access to Praag after he died during a battle, during loading game in Praag (loading interface) after some second the game crash…can help me ? thank you
no problem for: Vento, Incubo...

On loading screen, type [ENTER] /stuck [ENTER] /stuck [ENTER]
Seems to help people with loading screen problems.

during loading Praag i have tried: type [ENTER] /stuck [ENTER] /stuck [ENTER]....but crash...
