Small scale orvr zone

Just thought I would write this as a suggestion, I don’t expect it is easy to develop or something prioritized but I liked the ida enough that I thought it worth writing.
We allow one orvr zone to be triggered for small scale fighting in addition to exiting orvr active zone.
The small scale zone only allows parties if you are in a WB you are turned to a chicken.
The zone works by having a list of tasks that need to be done
Such as capture bo, take down door, escort npc ...
Corresponding anti tasks save door, kill nps etc
Groups queue for tasks on both sides and do/stop quests issued to both sides as quests of limited time ,
Other groups can interact and do /prevent quest fulfillment , success of the tasks gives victory points to realm and progression into stage like tasks.
So initially both sides at zero so both get collecting / nps escort quests till one side gets to stage one. Other side gets to -1
Stage 1 cap bo / -1 prevent bo cap
Stage 2 destroy door / -2 save door
Stage 3 ....
On,y active to fight if you have a task assigned, this should keep the balance of population
One issue here would be afk collecting of quests to leach others effor (limit rewards may be enoug)
Zone entrance limited to equal parties entering, initially queue by going into pvp area only trigger able to do damage on a party level when you group is allowed to joi in ie when numbers of opposition parties allows. If uneven and too manny of one side afk members of a party allow the system to be inactivated from taking place
Basically we have a mix of scenarios, PVE and open pvp in a zone
