Return of Reckoning

My Game crashes whenever i connect. it shows the WAR loading screen but then crashes. Please help.

Tips
1. Have you searched forum for the error you get?
2. Be more detailed please
3. Provide screenies

I searched but found nothing. This is the error i got:

Data.myp:
System.Exception: You need to stop application currently using the following file: data.myp
at MYPHandler.MYPHandler.WriteFileToArchive(FileInArchive archFile, MemoryStream MS)
at MYPHandler.MYPHandler.ReplaceFile(FileInArchive archFile, FileStream newFile)
at RoRLauncher.Client.UpdateWarData()

i have done all those things you say, but still i get this error:

And after, when i logged in there are only 4 buttons: cinematic, settings, (forgot:), and quit. Also when i set my screen resolution, and relogin it drops to default.

Fixed it, thanks) doesnt remove the read only option for all the files
