1st hour? Damn, most players around here like myself played this quite a bit. More that 400 days played on the old Mythic game.. Not as much here, but it's still my favorite MMO by far.

If you wish to improve quickly, I would suggest finding a closeknit guild that run regular sc & rvr groups so that you can learn about the KOTBS thoroughly. It's an easy class on the outside, but you have the most responsibility in any engagement, and a group is only as good as their tanks.

I am kinda starting to read the Horus Heresy - I know it is about 3000 Years later, but the Empire is the closest, at least for me, to the "Imperium of Men" and the Knight, as a Tank Archetype sounded interesting to me, and from my time in WoW I learned, that Tanks and healers are the fastest in finding groups xD
